Toyolo Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application or the renewal on licence in respect to the premises situated at 81 Devonport Road, Tauranga and known as Suchuan Style Restaurant.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 11:30am to 9.00pm
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
