Maunganui Hospo Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made an application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 113 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui and known as Rosie's Red Hot Cantina.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 9:00am to 1:00am the following day
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
