BOP Brewery Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal and variation of an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 107 Newton Street, Mount Maunganui and known as The Rising Tide.
The general nature of the business currently conducted under the licence is that of a tavern.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 10:00am to 1:00am the following day
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
With a proposed Variation to the current licence:
A) Zone 2 is designated as a Supervised Area from 10:00am to 1:00am the following day
B) The remainder of the premises is undesignated until 9:00pm and thereafter becomes a Supervised Area

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
