Med Lounge Limited, A duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Renewal of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 159 17th Avenue, Tauranga South, Tauranga 3112 and known as Med Lounge.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday (Indoor area) 11.00am to 1.00am the following day. Live or amplified music may continue until 1:00am, provided all windows and doors are closed from 10:00pm.
Sunday to Thursday (Outdoor area) 11:00am to 10:00pm
Friday and Saturday (Outdoor area) 11:00am to 01:00am the following day. Amplified music must cease by 10:00pm, any acoustic or lowvolume music thereafter must comply with the noise limits set out in the City Plan.
