Tauranga Netball Centre Incorporated, a duly incorporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of a club licence in respect to the premises situated at Blake Park, 2 Hull Road, Mount Maunganui and known as Tauranga Netball Centre.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Club.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 12pm to 12 Midnight
To any person who:
(a) is a member of the club; or
(b) is on the premises at the invitation of, and is accompanied by, a member of the club; or
(c) is a member of some other club with which the club has an arrangement for reciprocal visiting rights for members and their guests.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
