Several roads are closed this morning as Tauranga continues to assess the impacts of a weather event that occurred overnight. Reports of damage are still being received from across the city.
Council is aware of slips around the Wairoa Bridge, and a geotechnical assessment is currently taking place. The bridge remains open to vehicles; however, the cycle lane is closed.
